What does your job look like?
As a Digital Success Manager you guide organisations through change processes within Microsoft 365 and Copilot. You are the voice of the end user, the translator between business and IT, and the driving force behind sustainable adoption.
You create impact by:
- Setting up and executing adoption and change strategies, based on, among others, Prosci/ADKAR and the The Flow metro lines approach.
- Working as a bridge figure between project managers, IT teams and business stakeholders.
- Developing and rolling out clear and attractive communication and training plans.
- Monitoring adoption and usage data and continuously adjusting tactics (The Flow Data Driven Adoption Metrics).
- Coaching users hands-on and helping turn resistance into enthusiasm.
- Holding strategic conversations at C-level and making the added value of Modern Work & AI tangible.
So your role is not only about explaining, but about achieving real behavioural change in organisations.
Who are you and what can you do?
You are a Digital Success Manager through and through because you:
- Have strong change management skills (Prosci certification is a plus).
- Have a distinct affinity with Microsoft 365, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Modern Work and AI-driven innovation.
- Are analytically strong in understanding business needs and translating them into user-friendly solutions.
- Easily adapt communication to different target groups, from end users to management teams.
- Have experience in training, coaching, user support and stakeholder engagement.
- Preferably speak fluent Dutch and English (French is a nice extra).
- Are able to recognise and deal with resistance.
- Have insight into personality profiles (e.g. DISC, MBTI…) so that your communication always lands.
- Are passionate about knowledge sharing and innovation, and like to help build a community of experts.
