Senior Modern Workplace Consultant

As a Senior Modern Workplace Consultant you are a technical and substantive driving force within our projects. You work at the intersection of Microsoft 365 and AI, and help clients concretely improve their digital workplace, from architecture to implementation.

You play an important role in projects around Microsoft Copilot, AI integrations, governance and automation, and work closely with colleagues and clients on both a technical and strategic level.

You join a team of consultants with a strong focus on Microsoft technology and AI, where knowledge sharing and substantive sparring are central.

We are a team of around 50 consultants and part of the Cronos Group. This way we combine the dynamism of a smaller team with the power of a larger organisation.

What you will do

• Design, build and improve end-to-end solutions within Microsoft 365

• Be technical lead on projects around:  

• Microsoft Copilot & AI integrations  

• SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform  

• Security, compliance & governance  

• Help shape the SharePoint information architecture as a foundation for collaboration, governance and AI  

• Guide clients in strategic choices around structure, governance and collaboration  

• Translate AI scenarios into concrete, working use cases  

• Advise clients on smart and responsible use of AI  

• Help safeguard quality and innovation within the team  

• Actively contribute to knowledge sharing  

Who you are

• You have experience as a Modern Workplace / M365 Consultant and are ready to take on a senior role (or grow further)  

• You have strong knowledge of Microsoft 365  

• You have an interest in or experience with:  

• Microsoft Copilot  

• GenAI in the workplace  

• Automation & workflows  

• You think beyond tools and see impact on processes and people  

• You are a substantive sparring partner for clients and colleagues  

• You speak fluent Dutch and English; French is a plus
