Organisations everywhere are eager to get started with AI, Copilot and automation. The reality? Without a solid foundation, those ambitions quickly stall: Teams and SharePoint sprawl, unclear permissions, and information nobody can find.

At The Flow, the Microsoft competence centre of Bluu (part of The Cronos Group), we build that foundation. Our team of 50+ experts supports clients all the way from strategy and architecture to implementation. You’ll work on site with clients, from home, or from our offices in Kontich and Melle.

We’re looking for a Senior Modern Workplace Consultant who sees beyond the technology alone.

What you’ll do

You help organisations shape their information, collaboration and governance so that Microsoft 365 works today and is ready for AI tomorrow. You combine architecture and advisory work with hands-on implementation.

SharePoint & Information Architecture

• Design information architectures in SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.
• Guide clients in structuring their content, documents, knowledge and collaboration.
• Develop taxonomies, metadata structures and governance models.
• Prepare Microsoft 365 environments for collaboration and knowledge sharing at scale.
• Position SharePoint as the foundation for governance, search and AI.

Purview & Governance

• Advise clients on Microsoft Purview and Information Protection.
• Build governance frameworks for content, data and collaboration.
• Lead implementations of sensitivity labels, data lifecycle management and compliance.
• Help organisations manage their information securely and responsibly.
• Turn security, compliance and governance challenges into practical solutions.

AI & Copilot

• Guide Microsoft Copilot and AI programmes from strategy through to implementation.
• Translate AI scenarios into concrete use cases that deliver measurable value.
• Advise clients on responsible AI use and AI governance.
• Integrate AI solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Help organisations get the most out of their data and knowledge for AI.

On top of that

• Take the technical lead on challenging Microsoft projects.
• Act as a trusted sounding board for clients and colleagues.
• Help safeguard quality and drive innovation within the team.
• Actively contribute to knowledge sharing and our community.

Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Information Architecture & Governance.

Who we’re looking for

Must-haves

• At least 5 years’ experience in Microsoft 365 or Modern Workplace.
• In-depth knowledge of SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Microsoft Purview, Copilot or AI projects.
• A clear understanding of how information architecture, governance and collaboration fit together.
• At ease in a client-facing consultancy role and able to run projects independently.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Nice-to-haves

• Power Platform experience and Microsoft certifications.
• Experience in large enterprise environments.
• French is a plus.

Above all, we’re looking for someone with strong expertise who enjoys sharing knowledge and thrives in complex client environments.
