What does your new job look like?
As a Power Platform Solution Architect at The Flow you advise and guide our clients towards the right solutions.
- With your talent and expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform and the Microsoft Cloud you work on challenging projects at corporate and enterprise clients.
- Governance and strategy are completely your thing. Thanks to your technical background you are the person to help clients grow and build their own Power Center of Excellence.
- You are fascinated by the possibilities of Copilot and how it transforms daily work.
- For in-depth expertise in Power Apps and Power Automate colleagues and clients can always count on you.
- In addition, knowledge of Microsoft 365, SPFX, Dynamics 365, Azure, RPA, AI, Power BI, Power Pages, JavaScript frameworks, pro-coding, PowerShell, BPMN or citizen development is a nice bonus.
- You work closely with your colleagues to deliver process optimisations, automations, integrations and apps in a high-quality and professional way.
What could your day look like?
- Let’s ask our Solution Architect.
- What I really appreciate in my job is the flexibility in working hours. I start my day calmly at home and thus immediately avoid the traffic jams.
- The morning starts with checking my mailbox for urgent matters, followed by a digital stand-up with the team to align priorities.
- Later that morning an assessment of a client’s IT environment is planned – a crucial step in drawing up their roadmap towards a Power Center of Excellence.
- I also consult with the client’s Security Officer. Together we analyse the existing IT architecture to make sure we don’t overlook anything.
- Around noon I join a business lunch with the IT director of another client. We strengthen our collaboration and discuss the possibilities for a long-term partnership.
- In the afternoon I give a workshop to C-level executives. During this intake we discuss their business and IT strategy, and I show how the Power Platform can support this.
- I close the day with a knowledge-sharing session with colleagues at The Flow in Mechelen. We dive into the world of agentic AI and explore how to build autonomous agents with Copilot Studio.
But every day is different, so every day we are ready for new and fun challenges!
What does your new employer look like?
You join a down-to-earth organisation of passionate experts, where you are intellectually challenged. Together we continuously look for ways to get even better at what we do. You like to share knowledge and follow new developments closely. That’s great, because at The Flow we actively ensure internal and external knowledge sharing.
Moreover, we are part of the Cronos Group, so you combine the benefits of a smaller organisation with the stability of a larger structure. Our open workspaces in Mechelen and Melle are inspiring environments where collaboration is central.
And of course that comes with an attractive salary package, including a company car. Do you prefer to work as a freelancer? Then we look at what is possible together.
What's in it for you
Balance
Flexible hours and remote working are a given for us. But we like to go further. We strive to match assignments to your personal situation — even if that changes unexpectedly due to illness, parenthood, relocation, etc. We take that into account.
We dare to say we are hard workers, but we make just as much time for relaxation. Alongside our quarterly updates, there are monthly knowledge sharing sessions and afterwork events, plus the annual team weekend and family day. And as for a healthy mind in a healthy body: in 2025 too we take on various sporting challenges and take part in our own padel tournaments and a number of cycling and running events. We also stretch our minds every year during an exciting but light-hearted quiz.
Connection
At The Flow there is no strict 9-to-5 or obligation to come to the office every day. Yet we do offer a pleasant physical workplace where you feel at home. Because we find that working together in person leads to better connections and many spontaneous great colleague moments. Our offices in Melle and Mechelen are ideal for that! We will reserve your spot.
Care
Our compensation package is well and sustainably built up — that goes without saying for us. We also provide extra-legal benefits and an electric car, a smartphone, laptop and all other equipment you need to do your job. The Flow is also part of the Cronos Group and we all reap the benefits of that. So you get a whole lot of extra perks on top.
We not only care for you but also commit ourselves as The Flow to good causes. We care.
