M365 Copilot Consultant

As one of the pioneers in Belgium, we have been working with Copilot from day one. As a result, we have built up enormous expertise, which we of course like to implement at clients. To support us in this, we are looking for a Microsoft Copilot Consultant who can grow into an Expert! So are you fully on board the GenAI train?‍Hop on, let’s go for a ride!

What does your new job look like?

As a Copilot Consultant you are the link between AI and practice. You help our clients get the most out of Microsoft Copilot. You advise, implement and train users in effectively deploying AI in their daily work, so that it becomes a tool that really helps people in their job.  

Concretely, you will:

• Look at how companies use AI today, and where it can be smarter.
• Collect use cases that really add value and translate user needs into practical Copilot solutions.  
• Implement Copilot and ensure that users effectively start working with it.
• Experiment with the configuration of Copilot Agents and the link with Copilot Studio.
• Guide clients in their AI transformation: strategy, communication and adoption.
• Safeguard the scope, planning, budget and quality of the projects.  
• Deliver workshops, trainings and inspiration sessions that are perfectly tailored to your audience.

Who you are and what you can do.

• You have about 2 years of experience in a similar IT or consultancy role.
• You know your way around Microsoft 365 Copilot and play with tools like ChatGPT or Gemini.
• You are curious, eager to learn and actively experiment with Copilot Agents.
• You can take people along in change, and do so with enthusiasm – through inspiration, training and coaching.
• You have a feel for project work (experience with Agile, Prince2, PMI is a nice bonus).
• You communicate fluently in Dutch and English (French = nice to have) and can explain complex matters clearly.
• You are independent, client-oriented and happily take initiative.
