What will you do?

As a Junior Digital Workplace Consultant you contribute to projects that help companies collaborate more smoothly and smartly with Microsoft 365. You learn step by step how to translate technology into user-friendly solutions. You work together with experienced colleagues who guide and support you.

Concretely:

• You discover how people work today and where things can be easier or more efficient.
• You think along and build solutions in Microsoft tools that really make a difference.
• You help deliver trainings and workshops to the client’s employees.
• You experiment with new technology, such as AI, automation and Copilot.
• You learn to work in a project-based way and grow in collaborating with colleagues and clients.

What do we expect from you?

You certainly don’t need experience, but you do need the drive to learn. We are looking for someone who recognises themselves in the following:

• You have just completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree, for example in IT, communication, business or organisational studies.
• You are curious, eager to learn and want to discover how technology can really make a difference.
• You see the possibilities of Microsoft technology and want to deepen your knowledge of it.
• You communicate fluently in Dutch and English. French is a plus.
• You ask questions, think along and dare to take initiative, even when you don’t know everything yet.
• You like to collaborate, but also take your own responsibility.
