How do you scale AI without losing control?

More and more organizations are deploying AI, Copilot, and automation to improve processes and boost employee productivity. However, as these initiatives grow, new questions arise:

• Where do AI and automation truly deliver added value?
• How do you handle increasing demand without creating a new backlog?
• What changes when business users start building their own agents and automations?
• Why do many promising prototypes fail to reach production?
• How do you keep governance, ownership, and support manageable while scaling?

During this interactive roundtable, participants will engage with peers facing similar challenges. There will be space to exchange experiences, insights, and best practices in an open and confidential setting.

In addition, we will explore several emerging Microsoft innovations such as Microsoft Scout, Copilot Cowork and Agent 365 to further enrich the conversation and look ahead to the future of work.

This is not a product demonstration or a methodological presentation. The goal is to learn from one another and reflect together on sustainable strategies for AI and automation.
